Programmer’s Guide to STIX2.1
This course is designed as a high-level walk-through of the international standard for sharing cyber threat intelligence. Published June 10th, 2021, by the Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Systems (OASIS) as a Final Standard, this standard is used by organizations around the world seeking to share cyber threat intelligence. This standard, called the Structured Threat Information Expression (STIX) has been in use in previous versions for over five years. However, Version 2.1 is a significant upgrade that is highly expressive and can facilitate many standard use cases by numerous stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Critical infrastructure owner/operators
- Government agencies
- Educational institutions
- Health care entities
- Law enforcement
